CANCEL FOR ANY REASON (“CFAR”) WORDING
You may be eligible to receive a refund if…
(Certain words in this document are in bold for clarity, and their meanings have been defined later in this document)
You cannot Attend your Booking for any reason whatsoever, subject to Our General Conditions of Refund which You must read to understand what We may or may not cover.
If the Provider of Your Booking cancels or postpones Your Booking, You should contact Our Customer Service team directly.

General Conditions of Refund
- You are entitled to a refund equivalent to 80% of the Accommodation Booking You are not entitled to a refund of the CFAR service fee, whether partial or full, as the CFAR service fee is non-refundable.
- CFAR must be purchased at the time of the Booking, for all customers on the Booking, and for all segments or legs of the Booking. CFAR may not be purchased and/or added after making the Booking.
- CFAR is only valid for the Booking for which it was purchased. It is not transferable and cannot be carried over to future Bookings.
- To receive a refund, You must cancel Your Booking at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before the Booking and submit your request for refund within that time.
- If You are making the Booking on behalf of any other customers, You acknowledge and agree that You have the necessary authorisation to act on behalf of the Group, and for all segments and/or legs of the Booking.
- All refunds are considered within Our sole discretion and will be paid within 7 business.
- If Your Booking is cancelled, postponed and/or cannot be fulfilled by the Provider, please contact Our Customer Service team directly for further advice about Your Refund.
- You will be asked to provide Your bank account details so that We can make the refund payment directly to Your chosen bank account.
- Please note that there is a maximum refund value per transaction, and We will not refund You for an amount which exceeds $5,000 (five thousand US Dollars) or local currency equivalent.
- Should Your refund application be rejected for any reason whatsoever, We may, in Our sole discretion, consider any subsequent refund application submitted in respect of the same Booking.
Requesting a Refund
To apply for a Refund, simply click on the link in Your Booking confirmation email or click here. The application may be completed up to 48 (forty-eight) hours before the Booking.
Exclusions (reasons for which we do not refund You)
We do not refund a Booking:
- If the Booking was cancelled or postponed by the Provider of the Booking.
- If Your refund application is not submitted at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before the Booking.
- If the Booking value exceeds the monetary threshold of $5,000 (five thousand US Dollars) or local currency equivalent.
- If there is a Force Majeure Event beyond Our
- If there is a designation by the World Health Organization (“WHO”) that the destination city, country, or region of Your Booking is at risk of a Communicable Disease.
Definitions
The following words or phrases have the meaning as set out below wherever they appear in bold in this document:
- “We/Us/Our /Ours”: means the Party responsible for the refund and refers to the Bookingagent with whom You have made the Booking and/or the authorised third party who administers the refund.
- “You/Your/Yourself”: means the person who has made a Bookingalone or as part of a group with Us.
- “Attend”: means to participate in, take part in, use, and/or be present at.
- “Booking”: means the pre-planned and pre-booked service(s)/event(s)/flight(s)/ticket(s) transacted with Usby You.
- “Communicable Disease”: means any disease capable of being transmitted from an infected person or species to a susceptible host, either directly or indirectly, that has been designated an emergency by any health authority.
- “Force Majeure Event”: is a term that is inclusive of a wide range of natural disasters, including but not limited to earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, volcanic eruptions, landslides, or other geologic or atmospheric disturbances. It also includes acts of war, invasion, hostilities (whether declared or not), acts of a foreign enemy, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power. Acts of terrorism or activities carried out for political, religious, ideological, or similar purposes are also covered. Governmental actions, including but not limited to any order, law, decree, regulation, embargo, or other directive issued by any authority with jurisdiction, are part of this definition. Finally, any other unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Our reasonable control are included as a Force Majeure Event.
- “Group”: means any person that is due to Attend the Booking.
- “Provider: means the company or organisation that is responsible for the running of the Booking, in most cases the accommodation.
Important
- This document’s translation from English to another language is only for assistance and information purposes. In the event of a refund application, the English-language version shall be the basis of any settlement.
- Any refund application submitted by You is considered by Us on an entirely discretionary basis.
- We are not an insurance provider, and this is not an insurance policy. Refunds are, therefore, not guaranteed.
